UVUPDATE - Have Anytime A Fresh Virus Scan Engine

Welcome!! - This is the new home of the uvupdate shell script.

uvupdate was first developed and maintained by Julio Cesar Covolato (julio@psi.com.br). Because Julio is not longer using uvscan the script comes to his new home at http://www.allmaechd.net/uvupdate.

uvupdate was developed to help you to have everytime a fresh and good working virus scanning engine.

As long as McAfee is willing to provide us with updates for the engine and the virus recognition files, we will have an ongoing development and maintanance of this script.
